iLEARN-Peds is a collection of 24 interactive e-learning modules designed to support the teaching and learning of pediatric clinical reasoning. Each module is built around a realistic clinical case, guiding learners through the assessment, differential diagnosis, and management of common pediatric presentations.

The modules span ten clinical themes — Neonatology, Respiratory, Gastrointestinal, Growth and Endocrinology, Dermatology, Musculoskeletal, ENT and Ophthalmology, Neurology and Trauma, Psychosocial and Behavioral, and Infectious Disease — and cover patients from the newborn period through adolescence.
